1. Booking and Tiered Pricing

• Advance Payment: To secure a reservation, 100% of the minimum offered price for the selected tour must be paid in advance.
• Tiered Pricing Structure: Our tour prices are calculated based on a group size of more than 6 participants.
• Small Group Surcharge: If, on the scheduled departure date, the final group size consists of 6 or fewer participants, additional logistical and operational surcharges will apply.
• Final Settlement: Any applicable surcharges due to group size must be settled via bank transfer no later than 14 days before the tour begins.

2. Payment Method

• All payments must be made via Bank Transfer.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the full funds have cleared in our account.
• Participants must provide a digital copy of the bank transaction receipt via email immediately after initiation.

3. Inclusions (What is covered)

The tour price includes:

• Accommodation: Twin-sharing in 4-star hotels (Ulaanbaatar) and Ger camps (countryside).
• Transportation: Toyota Land Cruisers (max 3 travelers per vehicle) including dedicated baggage transport, fuel, and driver fees.
• Staff: Professional photography guides and local drivers.
• Meals & Activities: All meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), bottled drinking water, National Park entrance fees, and private photography activities (including model fees).

4. Exclusions (What is not covered)

The following costs are the responsibility of the participant:

• Insurance: Mandatory medical and life insurance.
• Visas: Visa fees (though we provide supporting invitation letters).
• Personal Expenses: Alcoholic beverages, tips for service staff, and hotels booked before or after the official tour dates.
• Single Supplement: A surcharge applies for single hotel rooms in Ulaanbaatar ($350 USD). Please note that Ger camps in rural areas remain twin-sharing.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Equipment: Participants are solely responsible for their own photographic gear. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment.
• Required Gear: Participants must bring appropriate clothing (waterproof/windproof layers, hiking boots) and protection (sunscreen, repellent) as detailed in the “What to Bring” section of the tour page.
• Health & Fitness: By booking, participants confirm they are in sufficient health for travel in rural areas where medical facilities may be basic and internet/cellular connection is limited.

6. Cancellations and Itinerary Changes

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.
• Flexibility: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, light conditions, or safety concerns to ensure the best possible photographic outcomes.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
